An articulate and humorous speaker, Dr. Robert Jackson has been a family practitioner for 25 years and is a father of nine home schooled children, outspoken pro-life advocate, and avid outdoorsman. He is a much sought after speaker at banquets, fund raising events, seminars and church events. His patients routinely call him “Reverend” and “Pastor”. Dr. Jackson is the co-founder and former chairman of the board of Carolina Pregnancy Center and past chairman of the board of LifeEd of S.C. He has been a recipient of the Order of the Palmetto, South Carolina’s highest award to a civilian, as well as a past member of the Christian Life and Public Affairs Committee of the South Carolina Baptist Convention and the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission for the Southern Baptist Convention.
A faithful member of a local Baptist church all of his life, Dr. Jackson has organized and participated in over 13 foreign mission trips. He has taught Bible classes his entire adult life. He has enjoyed serving as a deacon or elder for more than 20 plus years. He thoroughly enjoys leading marriage retreats with is wife, Carlotta, and speaking to men at men’s events and wildlife banquets.
